iX Studios has been registered with the Chamber of Commerce since 2007 under number 08157695. We are currently located in Oldenzaal, at Oostwal 80.

Personal data that we process

In order to carry out our work and provide our services, we collect the following personal data:

First and last name
Address details
Phone number
E-mail address
KVK number
IP address (on live chat or upon request)
IP address location (in live chat)
Live chat messages (name and email address if entered)
Information about your activities on our website (anonymized)

We do not use and process so-called special and sensitive personal data. We keep the data in accordance with the legal obligation and for as long as it is necessary to perform our services.

Purpose of processing personal data

iX Studios processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Handling your payment
To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
Informing you about changes to our services and products
To deliver goods and services to you

However, automated processing is done in our accounting software. This involves the automatic sending of periodic invoices for hosting and domain names, for example. Reminders for outstanding invoices are also largely sent automatically.

Sharing personal data with third parties

iX Studios does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

We ensure that we have a processing agreement with the companies that process your data on our behalf, if possible. In addition, we only work with digital systems that have adequate security with SSL and, where possible, 2FA. Below is an overview of our processors and sub-processors:

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by iX Studios and you have the right to data portability.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@ixstudios.nl.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

iX Studios would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the Data Protection Authority.

How we protect personal data

iX Studios takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us via info@ixstudios.nl. iX Studios has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

Security software (virus scanner and firewalls of our network and storage and backup systems)
2-Factor Authentication or 2-step verification
SPF is one of the three internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data. In addition, we also use DIM and DMARC for the best possible security of our e-mail.
SSL and we use https://to process all our personal data.

We are familiar with the ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU of 16 July 2020 with implications for the transfer of personal data.

We are currently investigating how we can best overcome this. We attach great importance to privacy and try to do everything we can to find a suitable solution. If we have an appropriate solution, we will inform you about this via this privacy statement.
